Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in a course at INT Institute.

By selecting a course offered by INT Institute, you consent to be legally bound by the accompanying terms and conditions (these "Terms and Conditions of Enrolment").

A reference in these terms and conditions to "we," "us," or "our" refers to INT Institute.

Your Declaration

By enrolling for an instructional course with us, you:

Confirm that the details you provide during enrolment are complete, accurate, and appropriate at the time they are provided.

Confirm that you have access to a suitable working environment whenever required to fulfil course criteria, including a computer system with an internet connection and Microsoft Office or equivalent software, access to YouTube, and any required hardware or software specified on our website.

Confirm that you have read and understood all the information, applicable policies, web links, and our Code of Ethics and agree to follow them.

Acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that the personal information you provide to us remains up to date. Any changes to your name, address, email address, mobile number, payment details, or financial information should be communicated to us as soon as possible with the appropriate documents.

Agree to maintain a current email address through which you can be contacted throughout your course and through which we may communicate with you formally.

Confirm that you understand the challenges involved in accessing a suitable workplace, particularly for assessment activities involving students who are not of working age.

Acknowledge that you may be prevented from enrolling with us or may have your enrolment cancelled if we believe that any of the above declarations are incorrect or if you otherwise breach these terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

By selecting an instructional course with us, you:

Confirm that you have read and understood the course fees applicable to your course and agree to pay the required fees.
Confirm that if you are under 18 years of age, you have obtained parental approval, including consent to the course fee payment plan.
If you fail to pay any part of the course fee by the due date, we reserve the right to limit access to our institute, classrooms, or online learning environment.
We may withhold assessment results and the issuance of certificates or statements of achievement until outstanding fees are paid.
We may notify relevant credit organizations of payment defaults where applicable.
If you pay your course fee in instalments, you must use a valid debit/credit card or bank account.
You must agree to the applicable Direct Debit Request Service Agreement.
All instalments must be paid on or before their respective due dates. A late fee may apply if payment is made after the due date.
You remain responsible for outstanding instalments even if you end your course early.
A certificate or diploma will not be issued until the course fee has been paid in full.
A statement of achievement for a module will not be issued until all fees relating to that module have been paid.

Course Fee Does Not Include

Any equipment, software, printed materials, hardware, or other course materials listed as requirements on our website.
Travel or other personal expenses, such as uniforms, associated with workplace assessments.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

The course fee is completely non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-movable under the applicable terms.

You are not eligible for a refund for modules that have already been delivered.

If you do not complete the course within the required time period, your enrolment will expire without refund unless you have paid a fee for an approved extension.

Course fees will not be refunded because of a programme alteration or course change.

Course Change

You are not allowed to change your course without prior notice through an application letter. A course change request may be approved for an upgrade. Downgrade requests will not be approved. A course may be changed with an additional fee depending on the selected programme.

Code of Ethics

The INT Institute Code of Ethics provides a clear understanding of the expectations and responsibilities of learners participating in our courses regarding personal and institute conduct. All learners are required to follow these rules throughout their involvement with the institute. A guardian may be informed in cases of excessive, abusive, unsafe, or offensive behaviour towards any person at the institute.

Site Use

By enrolling in a course with us, you are required to comply with the terms and conditions for using our websites and student platforms throughout your enrolment. If we determine that you are not complying with these requirements, we may cancel your enrolment, which may result in the loss of applicable fees.

Some information collected by our website may not directly identify you but may provide information about your use of our website, such as clickstream data or cookies. We may collect and use this information to understand website usage and help improve our services.

Protection

By enrolling in a course with us, you:

Acknowledge that we may collect personal information about you for the purposes of enrolling you in your training course, processing your enrolment application, managing your participation, improving our services, and communicating with you.

Understand that we may be required to disclose your personal information to appropriate government authorities where required by law and for reporting purposes.

Our Commitment

Subject to these terms and conditions, INT Institute:

Will provide access to our classroom and online learning environment, including related learning materials and guides.

Will respond to your questions throughout your course.

Will mark and provide feedback on your performance in assessment tests.

Will provide access to our student support services.

Will issue a certificate or diploma upon successful completion of the course.

INT Institute may make changes to your training course, including modules, learning materials, and assessment methods, as well as changes to its policies, procedures, and course fee structure from time to time.
